Andro Kööp “Happiness, where are you? I’m everywhere”, 2023
On the 9th of May at 17:00, Andro Kööp’s fresh exhibit “Happiness walks here every day” will open at Allee’s Vana-Viru 11A gallery. The charming park motifs were created specifically for this personal exhibit.
The exhibit’s curator Harry Liivrand writes:
“Andro Kööp (b. 1967) is an excellent illusionist who masterfully interprets the relationship between the natural and the artificial, all the while chasing, as the exhibit’s name suggests, happiness.

Even though there’s a blend of neo-photorealism and impressionism at play, the way Kööp paints his parks this time around is unique, much more classical than before.”
