Graphic artist Sirje Eelma (b. 1950), who has been nominated for the Eduard Wiiralt Prize and won several prestigious international awards for her work, is constantly changing in her style. A fashion designer by training, Eelma’s abstract figurative language is characterized by elegance, constructivism, and color accents that dominate the overall effect.
The gravure print “Relationships III” plays with various artistic spaces, including reflection, associatively expressing the tangle of human relationships.
