At Allee gallery’s spring auction, held on the 7th and 8th of April 2023, numerous top-tier Estonian artworks found new owners. Among them, a record was broken by Konrad Mägi’s “Capri landscape” – sold at a price of 473 000 Eur*, officially making it the all-time most expensive painting sold by an Estonian painter.

The painting, which depicts the lush nature and architecture of the famous Mediterranean island, was in the collection of a well-known Estonian family for over 100 years. The stories and memories connected to the painting will now be passed onto its new owner.

Allee gallery would like to congratulate all the winners and thank all the participants of the spring auction!
