From 24.01 until 02.03, our gallery space at Uus 7 will be open for viewers with Peeter Must’s fresh exhibit “Beach”, curated by Harry Liivrand who writes:<\/p>\n

Peeter Must<\/p><\/div>\n

“Peeter Must graduated from EKA in 1993 as a ceramics major and in the 21st Century, is considered to be among the leading Estonian neo-hyperrealists, along with Andro K\u00f6\u00f6p and Ivar Kaasik.<\/p>\n

His theme for this exhibit is the historically significant summery beach, which is consistent throughout the 14 pieces of this new exhibit.<\/p>\n

\"Peeter<\/p>\n

The paintings were completed between 2020 and 2022 and celebrate the eternal summer. Realism is only present for the figures but the rest of the paintings are handled in a much more abstractionist way.”<\/p>\n
