[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text text_larger=”no” woodmart_inline=”no”]Eesti \u00fcks tunnustatumaid maalipedagooge, Johannes V\u00f5erahansu (1900-1980) k\u00e4is esimest korda koos teiste Ants Laikmaa \u00f5pilastega Saaremaal 1920. aastal. 15 aastat hiljem oli ta seal taas, n\u00fc\u00fcd Gustav R\u00e4ngi ekspeditsiooniga, millele hiljem j\u00e4rgnesid juba tihedamad loomeretked Saaremaa eri paikadesse ning sellal valminud teosteist kujunes tema loomingu \u00fcks silmapaistvaim osa.<\/p>\n

V\u00f5erahansu n\u00e4gi Saaremaad sooja ning arhailisena, seda nii maalis kui oma s\u00f6ejoonistustes. Romantiline motiiv latttarade ja suurte puudega piiratud k\u00fclat\u00e4navast, mis teeb k\u00e4\u00e4naku pildis\u00fcgavuses m\u00e4rgatavate majade juures, p\u00e4rineb samast perioodist, mil valmisid Tartu Kunstimuuseumile kuuluv “\u00d5uel” (1937) ning Eesti Kunstimuuseumile kuuluv\u00a0 “S\u00f5rve” (1938).\u00a0 Paletis valitsevad rohekad ja pruunhallid toonid ning h\u00e4mused, l\u00e4mbe suve\u00f5huga segunevad puudeladvad on samuti talle iseloomulikud.
