Ta armastas maalida masoniidile, sest selle kare pind andis ideaalse tekstuuri tema eriilmelistele kunstilistele p\u00fc\u00fcdlustele. Olulise peat\u00fcki tema loomingus moodustavad isikup\u00e4rased vaimuinimeste karakterportreed, sh kunstnikest nagu Elmar Kits ja Lembit Saarts.<\/p>\n

1960. aastail alguse saanud huvi Kalevipoja-temaatika vastu naases kunstniku loomingusse 1990. aastate keskel, mil ta improviseeris meelelahutusliku hetke v\u00e4gilaste omavahelisest kiviheitmisv\u00f5istlusest. Tugevatele m\u00fc\u00fctilistele meestele kohaselt on ka palliks krobeline kivim\u00fcrakas, mida lihtsurelik paigaltki ei j\u00f5uaks nihutada.<\/p>\n

Teos v\u00f5lub lisaks\u00a0 p\u00f5nevale teemavalikule ka oma teostuse poolest.
