Tema tegelaskujud r\u00e4\u00e4givad filosoofilisi m\u00f5istulugusid olulistel teemadel, sh elu m\u00f5ttest kui sellisest.<\/p>\n

1980. aastal valminud litodest p\u00e4lvisid enim t\u00e4helepanu kaks teost, “Elu fragment I” ja “Elu fragment II”. Neist viimasest, hinge \u00fcle kohtum\u00f5istmisest r\u00e4\u00e4kivast teosest kirjutab J\u00fcri Hain j\u00e4rgmist: “N\u00e4eme, et otsus langetatakse n\u00f5iavitste abil ja kuigi kohtunik on vaba otsuse tegemisel, puudub tal vabadus oma tegevusest loobuda, ta on m\u00e4\u00e4ratud igaveseks kohtulaua taha” (“J\u00fcri Arrak estampgraafikuna”, 2006, lk 44).<\/p>\n

1988. aastal Eesti NSV teeneliseks kunstnikuks tituleeritud Arrak on muuhulgas p\u00e4lvinud ka Kristjan Raua preemia, Konrad M\u00e4e medali ning Eesti Rahvuskultuuri Fondi elut\u00f6\u00f6 t\u00e4nuauhinna.<\/p>\n
