Pallase kooli esindav impressionistlik teos \u201cL\u00f5una-Eesti j\u00e4rvemaastik\u201d kannab endas Maarjamaa looduse v\u00e4gevust selle otsesemas m\u00f5ttes. Sillerdavad j\u00e4rvesilmad, tihedad muinaslaaned ja \u00fcles-alla kulgevad m\u00e4esiilud – see k\u00f5ik v\u00f5lus Leppikut ikka ja j\u00e4lle loomereise tegema. Kui sageli leiame Leppiku maastikuvaadetest hallikat pajuvitsatooni ning tumedaid vihmapilvi, siis siin on kunstnik leidnud t\u00f5eliselt positiivse v\u00e4ljundi.
