Pallases Vardi ateljees tugeva vaba\u00f5humaali koolituse saanud kunstnikust kujunes tunnustatud maastikumaalija, kelle jaoks kodukant oma p\u00f5llu-ja metsasiilude ning j\u00e4rvepeeglitega oli inspiratsiooni l\u00f5putuks allikaks.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u00f5ikuse ajal hakkidesse pandud rukkivihud m\u00f5jusid augustikuises maastikus romantilis-id\u00fclliliselt. Seda motiivi kasutas Nagel 1950ndail, mil l\u00e4henes teemale vabama k\u00e4e ja uuendusliku meelega, n\u00e4idates oma loomev\u00f5ime uut palet.
